- Step 1:Filling oil,Please fill NO.46 Antiwear hydraulic oil,it should fill the oil level to the top of the oil mirror
- Step 2:Connecting the power cable,Three phase (380V) electric connections to three live wires, the motor rotates clockwise
Two phase(220V) electric connections to one live line and one zero line (without steering)
The machine needs to be connected to the ground wire (connecting any screw of the machine)
- Step 3:Maintenance,The inner cone of the cylinder head shrinks with a brush to brush the oil (It needs to
maintain for one time after crimp 10 pieces hoses)
Step 4:Running,When turn on the swith power, pressing closed die, the mold can be closed,pressing open die, and the mold can be opened.
When the hose crimping machine is used for the first time, it should be crimped 20 to 30 times without load, and it can be used only after observing that all parts are normal.
