The hydraulic oil pipe is a pipe that connects the gasoline pump and the engine nozzle

The hydraulic oil pipe joint is flat, and the cone head refers to the taper of the sealing surface of the oil pipe.

Hydraulic oil pipe refers to a high-pressure rubber hose assembly, which is specifically divided into rubber type (steel wire weaving, steel wire winding), metal hose, low-pressure PU pipe, etc.

The joints are divided into welding type, ferrule type, flared type, etc., American system, British system, metric system, etc.

The hydraulic oil pipe is a pipeline that connects the gasoline pump and the engine nozzle, providing fuel and power oil to the steering gear, thereby reducing steering resistance. The brake oil pipe is a pipeline that connects the brake pump and the brake pad strut. When the driver applies the brake, the brake pump applies pressure to the brake pads through brake oil, and the two brake pads compress the brake discs to achieve the purpose of vehicle deceleration. Currently, most cars have a return line. When the fuel pump supplies fuel to the engine, a certain amount of pressure is formed.

In addition to supplying fuel normally from the fuel nozzle, the remaining fuel is also sent back to the fuel tank through the return pipe. Of course, the carbon canister collects excess gasoline vapor and returns it to the fuel tank through the return pipe, which can relieve gasoline pressure and reduce fuel consumption.

How to disassemble the motorcycle hydraulic disc oil pipe assembly?

The piston of the slave pump has escaped, and it is useless to drain the oil. Remove the connected oil pipe and remove the slave cylinder. The piston should rotate vertically, slowly, and push inward. Generally speaking, you can press it to the bottom. Install the oil pipe to release air.

I suggest you go to a motorcycle repair shop to dismantle it, because there is brake oil inside. After disassembly, oil will leak. Even if you install the brakes, it’s useless. You must add back the brake oil.

It should be that the gas in the oil pipe or oil pump has not been discharged. After refueling, you can hold the brake handle and do not loosen it. Open the oil drain screw on the pump until there are no bubbles, then tighten it. At this point, release the brake handle, then repeatedly grip and release the brake handle. Bubbles usually gradually discharge from the bottom of the pump, and sometimes it may take a long time

Generally speaking, after replacing a new pipeline, the air in the pipeline should be drained. If there is no pressure on the brake handle, most of the air will not be discharged because the air compression ratio is greater than the brake fluid compression ratio, resulting in weak braking. In addition, there is air in the upper and lower pumps of the brake, or the pump is broken.

Oil resistant hose is a type of oil pipeline mainly used for temporary loading and unloading of oil transportation facilities or pipelines. Oil resistant hoses include oil resistant sandwich hoses, oil resistant spiral hoses, and oil transfer wire braided hoses, all made of nitrile rubber.

It is divided into three different uses: pressure, suction, and exhaust. Pressure resistant hoses should be used for positive pressure transportation, and suction hoses should be used for negative pressure transportation. When there is positive and negative pressure, a suction and discharge hose should be selected.
